edit to my last comment: im 12 trying out for 13u soon and ive been doing these workouts for 3 weeks along with workout 2 3 days in a week and ive actually seen sooo much progression! the reason why i edited my comment is bc i didnt have a reference for my vertical jump and i thoguht it was still the same

My dad said that he used skip for 30 mins every other day when he was playing sports. Do you think that was necessary?
That guy's swing and approach are off. He should start jumping earlier and hit the ball in front of him. You can tell he got under and didn't hit the ball with an unaltered swing and fully extended arm swing. He had to unnaturally snapped the wrist. I like the exercises but it would have been good to get a recommendation of reps and weight percentage etc...

Ok for kids volleyball players under 12 ? Just rubber bands or small weights?
That's recommended, though I personally wouldn't put such young players through some specialized training regime. Let them learn and enjoy the game before training.
